Setting up RGA email on RGA provided mobile phone and/or mobile device

In the Set-up Email screen, tap Corporate.  Type in your RGA email address and password.  You can choose the defaults.  If it does not pull in the correct configuration automatically, that means the credentials were incorrect and you should close out the app and try again.

Apply security settings and allow access to your contacts and calendar to ensure full functionality.  Tap done to complete the setup and tap on Activate to activate the device admin app.  Tap done to choose the default name of your account (your email address).

Once email is properly set up, you will notice an email that says "your device is temporarily blocked and you do not need to do anything.  Please note that your part is complete and you do not need to do anything.  Emails should start flowing in shortly.

If you are not able to connect, there may been an issue with active sync. Please contact your IT team.
