OUTLOOK SYNC MEMORY ERRORS -TOO MANY FOLDERS-

So we have an issue with there being too many folders.
The trick is to condense the folders down as much as possible.
A good place to start would be if you had several folders that contained customers or vendors, condense all of them down into one single folder Named Customers and a single folder named Vendors then organize them within those folders using subfolders.
You want to do this in the Outlook Web App and the changes will transfer to Outlook Exchange.
So taking any folders that you can easily combine and manage from within a single folder will get you up and running in no time!
